Carole Brannan
2008 School Advisory Council Nominee

Carole Brannan and her husband, Peter, have two children, Carter and Devon. Carter is in the third grade at STA, and Devon is a future student. Carole is an accountant; her experience includes a variety of accounting, budgeting, treasury, financial analysis & reporting, plus project manager. Carole believes a Catholic education provides excellent academics, strong values, and spirituality. She feels fortunate to have had a Catholic education and want her children to have the same gift of a Catholic education.

Carole's vision for STA over the next five years is to adapt to its growing enrollment. She believes the school must pursue exceptional education for all students and to make an already great school system even better by continually providing more opportunities and advancements. Carole believes STA must continue to provide quality education in a time of technological and telecommunication expansion and retain top-level Christian educators and administrators, all the while as the cost of education spirals. To keep pace, she feels we must all work hard to maintain a practical budget and, in addition, find new funding resources; consider all options and invest wisely in exceptional assets; and support high teacher satisfaction. STA children deserve the best we can give them and all our decisions for our school must reflect this.

Carole is involved in the following school activities: GAP Drive Ambassador, STAMA Charities Committee, CCD preschool teacher, CRHP Team 3, secure gifts & donations for STA auction and October Market, recruit manpower for STA carnival, volunteer for school, classroom & various church events (e.g. 1st communion reception).
