Record Your Volunteer Hours Electronically

Instructions

You will now be able to record your volunteer hours electronically. The school uses an administrative software package titled "Renaissance." Parents will now have the capability of recording volunteer hours through this program. Please follow the instructions below to access your volunteer page. Please be sure to keep your password in a safe place. In the future, you will be able to access this page to view your student's grades and other information. Since the ability to do is password protected, it is important that you keep the password confidential.

The first time you use Parent's Web you will need to obtain a password.

Here are the instructions for getting a password:

1. Go to www.renweb.com.
2. Click on ParentsWeb link (Above picture of graduate)
3. Type in the District Code: STAQ-TX
4. Type in your email address that you gave the school.
5. Click the First Time User button.
The password should be emailed to you within a few minutes. If you do not get one by email then call the school and they can tell you your password.

How to log service hours:
1. Go to www.renweb.com.
2. Click on ParentsWeb link (Above picture of graduate)
3. Type in the District Code: STAQ-TX
4. Type in your email address that you gave the school.
5. Type in your password an click Login button
6. Select the Continue link.
7. Click the Parent Association link.
8. Click the Add button in the row with your name.
9. Fill out the data asked for:

• Date - Date you worked
• Description - Select activity from drop down selection
• Hours - the number of hours you worked.
• Note - optional field
• Verified - Use this field to enter the name of the person you worked for (supervisor).
