PK Classroom

One of our 5 PK classrooms includes many centers to encourage active play and tables for collaborative work.

PK Common Area

Our PK students use this space to do art projects, have snacks, and much more!

PK Hallway and Cubbies

The PK hallway is usually full of backpacks, lunch boxes, blankets, and of course nap mats.

Kindergarten Classroom

Our 4 kindergarten classrooms transformed for COVID social distancing. The teachers normally use collaborative tables, centers, and colorful rugs for floor time.

Science Lab

The science lab is used by K-2nd grade students to reinforce through hands-on experiments concepts learned in the classroom.

Reading Lab

The Lower School's two full-time reading specialists use the reading lab to support our students with learning differences.

First and second grade students attend weekly Mass in the chapel. PK and kindergarten students attend prayer services.

Drama and Music Room

The drama and music room hosts PK-2nd grade student recitals and plays.

Our library contains thousands of books for all levels of early readers. Our parent mystery readers surprise classes throughout the year.

Students go to PE twice a week. The gym is also used for Middle School volleyball and basketball practices in the evening.

Computer Lab

The computer lab is used by K-2nd grade students each week with an emphasis on learning more about their digital footprint.

Our Upper School Campus

Upper School

Welcome the Upper School!

Ariel of the Upper School

Locate 4 miles from downtown, STA Church and Upper School campus spans over 8 acres in East Dallas.

The Upper School entrance is located on Kenwood Avenue.

Front Desk

The front desk is the hub of the Upper School. Students and parents always get a warm welcome from Mrs. Kappes.

Drama and Music Room

The drama room is home to the best middle school musicals in the area and serves as a multipurpose room for school and church activities.

The Upper School gym hosts the 5th - 8th grade DPL sports teams and PE for all students.

The iconic checkered tile runs throughout the school. All students have lockers to store their coats, books and a family picture or two.

Students enjoy checking out books, being a part of book club, or just spending some quite time in the US Library.

3rd - 5th Grade Science Lab

Our 3rd - 5th grade students apply what they learn in the classroom with hands-on experiments in the lab.

Science Lab

The Upper School has three science labs used by all grade levels to learn more about natural sciences, chemistry and physics.

Middle School Classroom

This 8th-grade classroom displays laptops provided to every middle school (6th-8th grade) student.

The playground is used every day by our 3rd and 4th graders. Behind the playground is St. Dominic building that serves as administrative offices.
