We welcome your application to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School!
There are 3 steps to the St. Thomas Aquinas Application Process:
Step 1: Application
New applications are submitted through an online process during our 2018-2019 admissions window of November 1st -January 22nd. Within our online application, parents will create student and family profiles, upload required documents, and make the application payment conveniently. Applicant families will also have the ability to monitor the status of their child's application, as received and outstanding components will be indicated.
You will be able to access this online portal from mid-November to the end of January. The 2018-2019 deadline for new applicants has passed. Please contact the Admissions office directly to determine if late applications will be accepted for a particular grade level.
Step 2: Teacher Evaluations
In addition to the online application, your child's current teacher and current principal/director will need to complete an online referral to complete the application process. As you fill out your application, you will need to provide your current teacher(s) and current principal/director email addresses. The current teacher and principal/director will complete the online referrals that will be submitted directly to St. Thomas Aquinas.
Step 3: Student Assessments
Once your application is complete and the $125 registration fee is paid, you will schedule your kindergarten through 7th grade child for an assessment appointment.
