How to Apply
Step 1: Let Us Know Who You Are
The first step in the STA Application process is to submit an inquiry. This allows prospective students to move forward in the application process. We are accepting inquiries for 2026-2027 and beyond. After submitting an inquiry and email will be sent to you to register for a tour if you have not already attended.
Step 2: Complete Your Child's Application
The application portal is closed for the 2026-2027 school year.
New applications are submitted through an online application portal link. In the portal, parents will create student and family profiles, upload required documents, and pay the non-refundable application fee.
Remember to bookmark the Application Portal page as applicant families will need to periodically log in and check the Admissions Progress Status link to see if any element is incomplete, has not been received, or requires additional action.
Step 3: Provide Email Addresses for Current Teacher Evaluations
Alongside the online application, it is essential that your child's present teacher and current principal or director participate in an online referral process to complete the application. While filling out the application, you must provide the email addresses of both your child's current teacher(s) and principal/director. These educators will be asked to complete a confidential online survey, which will be directly submitted to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School. Please note that these Teacher Evaluations and Principal Recommendations are kept confidential and will not be disclosed to parents.
For applicants seeking admission in Middle School, it's important to submit referral information for both math and English. If your child has the same teacher for both subjects, you will need to input their information twice to ensure all necessary evaluations are obtained.
Step 4: Log On to View the Status Of Your Application
After submitting your child's application you can log back in at anytime to check to see whether all required documents have been submitted and completed. Please use the same login you used to submit the application.
Important: Applications that remain incomplete as of February 6 will not be reviewed. Required items include Catholic baptismal certificates, current teacher evaluations and principal recommendations, and updated immunization records.
