St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School is a parish school. After students in K-8th are assessed and we receive all teacher evaluations, principal recommendations, report cards, and standardized test scores, we use the following guidelines to determine admittance:

In cases where capacity is limited, enrollment will be given priority in the following order:
I. Contributing Parishioners*
A. Entering preschool applicants who are siblings of currently enrolled students
B. Entering preschool applicants of new families
II. Non-Contributing and Non-Parishioners
A. Entering preschool applicants who are siblings of currently enrolled students
B. Entering preschool applicants of new families
Kindergarten
In cases where capacity is limited, enrollment will be given priority in the following order:
I. Contributing Parishioners*
A. Currently enrolled preschool students advancing to kindergarten
B. Entering kindergarten sibling applicants of currently enrolled students
C. New student applicants entering kindergarten
II. Non-Contributing and Non-Parishioners
A.Currently enrolled preschool students advancing to kindergarten
B. Entering kindergarten sibling applicants of currently enrolled students
C. New student applicants entering kindergarten
Grades 1st-8th
In cases where capacity is limited, enrollment will be given priority in the following order:
I. Current (K-8) Family Enrollment
A. Currently enrolled students in K-7, advancing to grades 1-8
B. Entering grades 1-8 sibling applicants of currently enrolled students
II. New (K-8) Family Applicant Enrollment
A. New students of contributing parishioners* entering grades 1-8
B. New students of non-contributing and non-parishioners entering grades 1-8
