Fine Arts at STA
At St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School, every student participates in the Fine Arts program, discovering and developing their God-given talents through music, theater, visual arts, and performance. Whether they enjoy their weekly fine arts classes, join the school choir, perform in the Learning Band, or audition for the spring musical, STA provides opportunities for every student to explore the arts, try new things, and grow in confidence, creativity, and collaboration while sharing their gifts with the school and parish community.

Music
- Weekly Music Classes (Grades PK–8)
- Music Learning Band: Concert Band (5th – 8th grade) and Beginner Band (4th – 8th grade)
- Middle School Spring Musical: Audition required (5th – 8th grade)
- Church Children's Choirs: Lower School 1st - 2nd grade and Upper School 3rd – 5th grade
- CatTones: vocal submission required (5th grade only)
- WildTones: vocal submission required (6th – 8th grade)
Visual Arts
- Weekly Art Classes (Grades PK – 8th grade)
- Student Art Displays & Classroom Art Projects
- STA Auction Art Projects: Each year, every grade collaborates on a unique, parent-led art project that is featured in the annual STA Spring Auction. These one-of-a-kind creations showcase our students' creativity and teamwork while supporting one of the school's largest fundraising events.
Theater & Performance
- Middle School Musical (5th - 8th grade): Students in grades 5th – 8th are invited to audition for the annual Upper School spring musical. Audition information, including dates and sign-up details, is shared each fall, and all interested students are encouraged to participate.
