Everything you need to know about lunch can be found here- from menus, ingredients, lunch accounts, payment, and more - the portal will have everything you'll need throughout the year. 

Lunch Portal 

Lunch accounts are managed through LINQ Connect, and every student must have an account to participate. To get started, simply opt in by submitting your child’s information to us. This helps us confirm their details and properly set up their account in our system. Once we’ve processed your submission, we’ll send you an email with instructions to complete your account setup. Lunch Account

We recommend setting up Auto Pay via eCheck for easy, low-cost payments, though card payments are also accepted with percentage based fees. By default, your child can purchase any available items, and no student is ever denied a meal—even with low or negative balances. If you wish to set spending limits, you can do so by visiting the Lunch Portal. Using LINQ Connect, you can manage your child’s account anytime—view balances and transaction history, add funds, set up Auto Pay, manage multiple children, and adjust spending limits. If you have questions, please contact our team first for quick assistance before reaching out to LINQ support. 

Students will always receive a meal, even if their account balance is low or negative. However, prepackaged premium items (like snacks or drinks) require a positive balance. Please monitor your child’s account to ensure funds are available. 

NEGATIVE ACCOUNT BALANCE

Some schools require preordering for certain grade levels (typically preschool or early childhood). If your child’s school requires preordering, you’ll receive instructions from your school or see preorder information in your Lunch Portal. If you haven’t been notified and don’t see anything about preordering in the portal, you can disregard this—your child will be able to select and purchase lunch in the cafeteria each day.
