Fathers of STA
Fathers of St. Thomas Aquinas (FOSTA) is a volunteer support organization that plays an important role in supporting campus safety and school activities. FOSTA dads provide a visible, boots-on-the-ground presence at Upper School and Lower School events and initiatives, while also lending manpower to STA Parents’ Association events.
We are grateful to our STA dads who give their time to support our security efforts, serve our school community, and build fellowship with one another.

Join FOSTA on Saturday, August 29th from 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM for their annual Membership Kickoff Party during the UNC vs TCU game. Dads will gather this year at Stans Blue Note.

MeatFest - April 17, 2027
MeatFest is an all-community, family-oriented, fund-raising dads cooking competition. Come out and enjoy the food, dance to live music, play in the kids' zone, compete in games, and win a variety of great prizes!

FOSTA Membership
FOSTA’s primary goal is to enhance the safety and security of the STA campuses for our kids. All members will receive a FOSTA t-shirt, as well as invitations to FOSTA events throughout the year to bring the STA community’s dads together and help raise money for the cause. All proceeds go toward safety and security efforts on the STA campuses, including the presence of off-duty police officers. Annual dues are $105 per member. FOSTA memberships are annual and must be renewed each year. If you haven’t signed up yet for this school year, be sure to join today!
Joining FOSTA provides:
- Monthly opportunities to support our children, our teachers, and our school
- Fun ways to get your service hours for the school year (must be Safe Environment cleared. Click HERE if you need to be cleared or if you need to update your badge.)
- Connections through fellowship and social events to get to know other dads at STA
- FOSTA Fridays! Carpool duty on Fridays each month
