St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic School integrated the 1:1 iPad program for 6th-8th grade (Middle School) students into the curriculum in 2012. Since then, our teachers have used the devices to create a more hands-on and engaging learning environment, preparing your children for high school and beyond.

Congratulations to Hayden M., Ainsley Grace L., and Zachary E. for receiving the 2018 Serra Club Altar Server Award.

Last Saturday, 59 St. Thomas Aquinas students competed in 19 events at the annual Private Schools Interscholastic Association (PSIA) District 1AA Meet held at All Saints Catholic School.

Each year the Monsignor John T. Gulczynski Endowment Fund funds teacher requests for educational enhancements from the interest of the Fund. In January, the Board was proud to provide $25,414 in grants.

The STA Upper School presents the 2018 STEM Fair and Expo on Thursday, April 26th 7:30am- 4pm and Friday, April 27th 7:30-9am. The STEM Expo will be Thursday night from 5:30pm-7pm.

Congratulations goes to Stephanie Todora for being named 2018 STA Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Todora is an Upper School 8th grade homeroom and English teacher and advisor for the STA chapter of National Junior Honor Society.

"Oh see can you say hooray, horray STA!" It's Dr. Seuss' birthday! Kindergarten students and teachers spent Thursday, March 1st celebrating what would be Dr. Seuss' 104th birthday by reading books, rhyming and dressing in fun characters from his most famous books.

Congratulations to our STA Wired Cats for their dedication and hard work this season! There were 435 teams who participated this season in FIRST LEGO League Robotics for the North Texas Region and only 60 teams performed well enough in the qualifiers to earn an invitation to compete in the North Texas FIRST LEGO League Championship Robotics Tournament. Both of our STA Teams were included in this select group.
